Congratulations! I'm looking forward to the next episodes. The production value is outstanding, and I'm liking your musical instincts. This'd make a great anime production.

Side note on the story: It is a bleak, dystopian future being depicted, when it's The Government that's the sole entity chopping down trees and building houses. Indeed, there must be some technological backsliding, if most of the trees are gone. (No wonder so many people want to escape into drug-fueled alternate realities.) Nowadays, there are sustainable tree farms, and fast-growing bamboo makes a good wood substitute. Resource management has actually grown more efficient in recent years.

RealFaction responds:

Thank you!!! :D That means a lot! I wish it was anime to be honest. I'm considering adapting the series into a visual novel in the future. Yep, there is a backslide. They halted advances on technology so that's as good as it gets even though there was a little advancement from now.

Yeah and that's great! When I wrote this 7 years ago and improvements along the way I wasn't aware of that, but it's great. I sort of wonder how bamboo costs opposed to wood. But yeah, I guess you could say this is my vision of the future realistically, or was 7 years ago at least.

I figured it would get so bad that we would have to stop cutting trees, and with the way they were going with being eco-friendly back when Obama took office for all those years, now it seems like we're heading the opposite direction. Either way, I figured eventually it would be inevitable with the population growing to billions more people many decades from now.

Actually, I have a sequel series I wrote originally was going to be a game, but if all goes well in the next few years, I plan on making it a sequel to this series. But, also being a thing of it's own. Basically, a story about a man-made super-strength non-Newtonian fluid, basically if the fluid was many times stronger and could be controlled by nanobot technology and tablet programs to remotely control the bots to build structures quickly with less man power and one material that can imitate other materials depending on the type, imitating pattern designs like marble and wood, but feels the same.

It's basically a sci-fi/action-adventure series involving military testing a new suit involving the fluid to weaponize it, as well as gadgets made by the same company to manipulate the fluid (would have been a fun game) in many ways. It also involves a gang you end up fighting and joining, conspiracy stuff. I have had a script written for a couple years now and an outline for what was going to be game missions, but I basically have the whole story, just would have to be written. There would be new characters, but it's a sequel series still. Can't spoil too much.

Mainly mentioning the resource management thing, but I expanded on that little part of the idea of resource management in my version of the future. Would still make a decent series I think. Thanks!
